A girl the age of 18 sat in a tavern in the busy city of Palanthas. Her long honey blonde hair was tied in a loose braid, as she wore robes the color white with light blue linnings. The taverns were usually crowded in the day, but today seemed to be less poeple from the usual days. Taking her last sip from her drink, she placed a tip for the waitresses, knowing how it felt once to be a servant. She got up from the stool, and made her way toward the door, as she walked by, some people gazed at her golden hands. Ignoring the gazes, she pushed open the doors and walked out.
Outside in the city, she could hear the yells of merchants selling their products, as people passed by with carriages and horses. Sheturned her attention away from the bussy city, and started making her way to the Temple of Paladine where her younger sister, Jirah worked as a cleric. As she push her way through the bussy people, a hand from one of the crowd grad her hood and dragged her away from the Temple. Startled, she turned to she who was dragging her away. But the persins head was covered by it red hood. Kicking and shouting she threatened the person that she could use magic, but the person merely ignored her. As she was in a middle of a spell, the red robed person let go of her, right beside the Temple.
"Well, can you give me a explanation on why you dragged me here?" She asked annoyed. The red robes person merely smiled.
"Well, you were on your way here am I right?" The person said, with a grin.
"Yes, well, I can walk myself." She said, feeling a bit embarrased. The person laught and said,
"And watching my old friend getting runned over by the bussy peasants! Now that I wouldn't want to see!"
She stood there confused.
"Old friend? What do you mean by that?" She asked confused.
"Don't tell me you forgot them!" The person said in disbelief.
"Well now that you mentioned it, it's been a long time since I saw them..."
"Even if you don't see them doesn't give you the rights to forget them. Surely you know that!" The person crowed.
Anger rised inside her.
"First of all, what bussiness to you have with my friends, and my rights!? who are you anyway?"
The person smiled, and took the hood off. It revealed a small delicate pale face, with green eyes like emaraulds, and a normal size nose with thin lips. The girls hair was ebony and was tied into a ponytail. She had a small bead tiare with a purple stone dangling on her forehead, and she wore ruby earings. The girl smiled as she saw the shocked expresion on the blonde girl's face.
"Nearra..." She said as she went to embrace her. Still shocked, Nearra was still able to hug her.
"Selenia, I am so sorry, I thought you were long gone...." She said.
Selenia let go of her and smiled.
"Nay, Nearra. I lived, and I then took the Test of High Sorcery, and got my red robes."
Nearra smiled.
"Same here friend!" She said happily. "Oh! And thank you for the quick drag to the Temple, seriously needed it!"
Selenia winked. "I knew you were going there to visit Jirah, so I thought I might as well play a trick on you to see if you remember me." She said with a sly.
"And it worked!" Nearra said with a grin. They both laught and made there way into the Temple.
